リトル・トゥリーに通い過ごした子どもたちも、１６歳をすぎたら、作業訓練をしながら、働くことの基礎と基本を学び、働く意欲を育てます。人の役にたてる一人に成長することは、地域社会でよりよく生きていくこと。
スタッフとともに作業をしながら、子どもたちは将来にむけて生きていく力を育んでいます。
After the age of 16, the Little Tree children learn the basics of working and build their motivation to work while training at a food processing place, Little T's. To grow up to be a useful person is to live better in the community. While working with the staff, children develop their ability to live for the future.
